Weekly rental across the year is £1,650 per week.

Minimal rental period is one week (7 days) 

Rental includes meet and greet (within standard hours), WiFi, supply of beach and bathroom towels, cotton bed linen, full deep clean, laundry, premium TV,  electricity (fair use).

Check in from 3pm / Check out by 10am. 
Standard check in at 3-6pm and check out at 8-10am are included in rental cost.  Outside of these hours a special check out payment of €35 is paid directly to our management company in cash on arrival or departure.

Payment in full at time of booking.  Cancellation terms are
-  100% refund for cancellations before 60 days of booked arrival date
-  75% refund for cancellations less than 60 days but more than 30 days of booked arrival date
-  No refund for cancellations within 30 days of booked arrival date

As we are in a small residential hamlet, our villa is not suitable for parties or events.

Outside of season, the pool can be heated at an additional cost and if notified before arrival.  It is a large pool and, depending upon the time of year, can take up to a week to heat! Please discuss this prior to arrival if you would like this service.     

For security we have an alarm system which you are encouraged to use.  We also have a security camera system which will be disabled during rental.
